Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Once you have downloaded or accessed a file, we have no way to verify the content has not been read, copied, or retained. For this reason, all sales are final from the moment of purchase and delivery.
If you finished checkout and your file was not delivered due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the delivery issue promptly. This is the one scenario where we take action.
